MEASURE OF INFORMAL LEARNING AND METHOD TO ASSESS ITS EFFECTIVENESS

A method and system to measure effectiveness of informal learning and further improve learning outcomes for plurality of users is described herein. The method and system provides a mechanism for registration of users to create an ecosystem on a platform which facilitates publishing, indexing and tracking user interactions that generates a dynamic social learning quotient score each time the user interacts with the learning portal such that the adaptive system allows the user to self-curate and refine the learning nuggets by feeding back the learning outcomes into the ecosystem. The method and system further includes providing for a collaborative learning platform enabling the users to record, share, learn, validate and assess learning, and unlearn through interactions with other users such that the learning outcome is enhanced.
