Disclosed is a time interleaved (TI) control method for a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring a reference signal (RS) value of a sampling antenna; estimating a Doppler shift according to the RS value of the sampling antenna; acquiring a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of a downlink channel; determining a TI policy according to the estimated Doppler shift and the acquired SNR; and executing the determined TI policy. Also disclosed are a time interleaved control device for a terminal, a computer storage medium and a terminal.
