Disclosed is a data flow sending method, including: sending a frame header part of a data frame in a data flow to a receiving end device, wherein the frame header part carries the designated number of pilot frequency signals, and the designated number is equal to the sum of all the sending antennas of all the sending end devices for sending the data flow in a sending end device group; and sending a data part of the data frame in the data flow to the receiving end device. Accordingly, also disclosed are a data flow receiving method, a sending end device, a receiving end device and a wireless communication system. By means of the present invention, the improvement of a transmission gain of WiFi can be realized.
