Provided are an rT3 chemiluminescent immunological detection reagent kit, and an application therefor. The detection reagent kit comprises the following components: 1) a marker system, comprising a reverse triiodothyronine antigen or an anti-reverse triiodothyronine antibody directly or indirectly connected to a marking tracer; 2) a magnetic microsphere system, comprising the corresponding directly or indirectly connected anti-reverse triiodothyronine antibody or the reverse triiodothyronine antigen. The detection reagent kit may be used for the chemiluminescent immunological detection of reverse triiodothyronine.
