PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological detection reagent and a detection method using the reagent that can enhance sensitivity while maintaining a low background and a manufacturing method of the reagent.;SOLUTION: This reagent contains a chain coupled antibody 10 containing chain coupled units coupled chainlikely with antibodies 1 provided with an Fc moiety, and other antibodies 2 coupled with the antibodies 1 and having the Fc moiety, and provided with a coupling moiety for a specified antibody (or specified antigen) in one terminal unit in one side of the chain coupled units. Since the chain coupled antibody 10 contains one coupling moiety 2a for the specified antibody (or specified antigen), and the Fc moieties of the number in response to the number of the antibodies (degree of polymerization) coupled in the chain, a complex thereof has a large number of the Fc moieties per antigen (or antibody) unit as a detected substance to attain high sensitivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
