REMINDING METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR UNHANDLED EVENT BASED ON DUAL SYSTEM

The present invention is applicable to the technical field of communications. Provided are a reminding method, device and system for an unhandled event based on a dual system. The dual system comprises a first operating system and a second operating system, and the method comprises: a first operating system or a second operating system sends unhandled event information to a common unit of the dual system after receiving the unhandled event information of the system; the common unit of the dual system forwards the unhandled event information to the second operating system or the first operating system; and the second operating system or the first operating system reminds the unhandled event information. Whereby, by means of a common unit of the dual system, the present invention realizes duplex transmission of unhandled event information between two operating systems, and each of the operating systems can timely remind the unhandled event information of the two operating systems, thereby achieving the aim of conveniently, timely and securely reminding a user of an unhandled event.
