The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile communication terminal with which it is possible for the communication terminal to communicate in a frequency band that corresponds to the bandwidth required when the communication terminal is communicating. A mobile communication terminal according to the present invention is provided with: a communication unit (11) that connects to a mobile communication network (20) by using a first frequency band; a communication unit (12) that connects to the mobile communication network (20) by using a second frequency band; and a determination unit (13) in which the service type indicating the service to be executed in a communication via the mobile communication network (20) is used to determine whether to connect to the mobile communication network (20) by using the communication unit (11) and/or the communication unit (12) during the communication via the mobile communication network (20).
