A counting type fitness dragon jump, comprising a clamping portion (1) shaped like a semicircular inflatable elastic ball and a rigid pedal (3) configured to mount the clamping portion (1). A display screen (14) is disposed on the surface of the rigid pedal (3), and the display screen (14) is connected to a sensor (13), a master controller and a power supply. Curved elastic pieces (2) are disposed at a grounded end of the rigid pedal (3). The upper ends of the curved elastic pieces (2) are gathered to the center of a circle on the bottom surface of the clamping portion (1), and the lower ends of the curved elastic pieces (2) are gathered to the dot of a rigid smooth base plate (4). The sensor (13) is disposed at a grounded end of the smooth base plate (4). Foot accommodating cavities (5) are provided at two sides of the clamping portion (1). Shank supporting plates (6) are disposed at the rear parts of the foot accommodating cavities (5). Elastic handles (15) are disposed at two ends of the rigid pedal (3).
