A viral marketing system using a QR code is disclosed. The viral marketing system using a QR code, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a sharing detection unit which detects a sharing signal that is generated according to a receiver terminal receiving a QR code transmitted from a transmitter terminal; a code information reception unit which, according to the detection of the sharing signal, receives, from the receiver terminal, the QR code and identification information of the transmitter; and a code verification unit which determines the authenticity or not of the QR code on the basis of the identification information of the transmitter.
