Disclosed is an apparatus of operating a QR code for viral marketing. The apparatus of operating a QR code for viral marketing according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a QR code analysis and processing part which requires the verification of a first identification information and a QR code to a server, with regard to the QR code including the first identification information of a first user, and receives the verification resu and a QR code renewing part which renews a new QR code by using the second identification information and the QR code based on the verification result.
