A facility agriculture laser measurement and control electric rotary leveling machine, comprising a front axle component, a lifting mechanism, a rotary tillage assembly, a battery pack, a rear axle steering component, a rotary leveling component and a rack (21), wherein a front axle housing (1) in the front axle component is connected to the rack via a lifting regulation mechanism; the rotary tillage assembly comprises a direct-current electric motor (11), a gearbox (7) and a rotary blade (22), the direct-current electric motor (11) being connected to the gearbox (7) via chain transmission, and an output shaft of the gearbox (7) being connected to the rotary blade (22); the rear axle steering component comprises a rotary table seat (14), a rotary table shaft (24), a steering handle (25), a rear axle frame (15) and squirrel cage type hubs (16), the rotary table seat (14) being fixedly connected to the rack (21), the rotary table shaft (24) being arranged on the rotary table seat (14), the steering handle (25) being arranged at the upper end of the rotary table shaft (24), the lower end of the rotary table shaft (24) being connected to the rear axle frame (15), and the rear axle frame (15) being provided with two squirrel cage type hubs (16) via a support shaft; and the rotary leveling assembly is connected to the rack (21) via a second electric push rod (26) and an elastic torsion rod (23). The facility agriculture laser measurement and control electric rotary leveling machine is compact in design structure, is environmentally friendly and energy-saving and ensures integration of rotary tillage and leveling.
