Disclosed is a traffic barrier for guidance to a neighboring lane, the traffic barrier comprising: a housing body (10) which has a division plate (11) provided at the inner front end thereof, a first connection part (12) provided at the lower end of the division plate (11) and a second connection part (13) provided at the outer lower end thereof; a support part (20) which has an outer surface to which the first connection part (12) and the second connection part (13) are coupled and fixed, has an upper section (20a) positioned on the inside of the housing body (10), and has a lower end fixed to the ground and installed perpendicularly to the ground; a first sprocket (30) which is provided and positioned on the inside of the housing body (10) and is axially mounted on the support part (20); a linking shaft (41) which is provided on the inside of the housing body (10); a second sprocket (43) which is connected with the first sprocket (30) by means of a first chain (42) and is axially mounted on the upper end of the linking shaft (41); a third sprocket (40) which is axially mounted on the lower end of the linking shaft (41), which has an upper end on which the second sprocket (43) is axially mounted; a fourth sprocket (50) which is provided on the inside of the housing body (10) and is connected with the third sprocket (40) by means of a second chain (51); a driving motor (60) which is provided on the inside of the housing body (10) and has a motor shaft (61) on which the fourth sprocket (50) is axially mounted; a backing part (70) which supports the driving motor (60); a first brocket (80) and a second brocket (81) which protrude from the outer surface of the housing body (10); and a barrier body (90) which is fitted and bolt-coupled to the first brocket (80) and the second brocket (81).
