The present invention relates to a method for producing a superhydrophobic inorganic solution and a method for producing a superhydrophobic organic/inorganic mixed solution using the same. The method comprises the steps of: (Step 1) mixing a silica raw ingredient, an organic amino acid, and water and agitating the same for 24 to 28 hours; (Step 2) adding and agitating alcohol into the mixed solution of Step 1 at a speed of 10 to 100 ml/min; (Step 3) producing a superhydrophobic inorganic synthetic solution by adding a fluorine compound in the mixed solution of Step 2; (Step 4) mixing the superhydrophobic inorganic synthetic solution of Step 3 and an organic polymer solution, and adjusting a concentration thereof; and (Step 5) producing a superhydrophobic layer in which discoloratioin and tactile change do not occur in a fabric and fiber. The method according to the present invention particulates a mixed sequence and time of precursors which have particular composition, so a particle is maintained in a transparent and stable state in a solution even after a superhydrophobic function is applied. Accordingly, after being mixed with an organic polymer material, a synthetic solution is transparent and stable. When coating is made to a fabric and fiber through the solution, a nano-scale thin layer is formed, so a superhydrophobic function is performed, but coating is possible without another change applied to the fabric and fiber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
