The present invention relates to a detector having an offset cancellation function, a power factor correcting device, and a power supply device. Provided are the detector for detecting a level of an input signal, the power factor correcting device, and the power supply device which comprise a level shifter for shifting the level of the input signal; and a comparator for cancelling offset by amplifying a differential voltage between the signal level level-shifted by the level shifter and a ground and providing a compensation current due to the offset generated when the voltage is amplified.
