ONE-DIRECTIONAL VELCRO COMPRISING HOOK AND LOOP BY USING PRINCIPLES OF MOMENT OF FORCE, INCLINATION-FRICTION, AND ELASTICITY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LOOP
The present invention relates to a one-directional Velcro comprising a hook and a loop by using the principle of the moment of force, the principle of the inclination-friction and elasticity, etc. An existing fastening tool such as a Velcro tape, an automatic length adjustment buckle, a rotation hook-type buckle, and a saw-type short length adjustment buckle is hard to miniaturize while maintaining strong fastening force. A fastening device which can be satisfactorily used for various technology fields is rear. According to the present invention, a hook needle set (16) mostly made of a high strength and high elasticity alloy material is joined to a buckle frame (31) having a safety protrusion (65) and is formed to be joined to not only a common fabric loop but also an arch-type loop (22) of the present invention according to the thickness and the size of the hook needle. An end portion of a needle tip (14) is formed as short as possible. The surface of the needle tip is processed by high frequency heat treatment and thus is round, sleek, hard, and elastic, and yet is not easily curved or bent. When the hook needles and the loops interact with each other, the hook needles slide between randomly twisted threads, are joined, and do have plastic deformation.
