The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a film with a three-dimensional effect and an in-mold injection method using the film. The method includes the steps of: preparing a substrate film; applying a transferring resin in a certain thickness to the substrate film; forming a three-dimensional pattern layer on which an engraved pattern is formed by transferring a embossed pattern to the transferring resin; forming a release layer on an upper side of the three-dimensional pattern layer to have a three-dimensional pattern along the engraved pattern on the three-dimensional pattern layer; forming a hard coating layer to come in contact with an upper side of the release layer; and forming an adhesive layer on an upper side of the hard coating layer.
