The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane module with multiple coolant channels, and an apparatus and a method for membrane distillation using the same which minimize a distance between a coolant channel and a hollow fiber membrane to minimize mass transfer resistance by an air gap, and optimize a channel design to maximize a steam condensation amount per unit area. The hollow fiber membrane module with multiple coolant channels and the apparatus for membrane distillation using the same according to the present invention comprise: a module case to provide a space for performing a membrane distillation process; an internal coolant channel disposed at the center in the module case; an external coolant channel disposed on an inside surface or an outside surface of the module case; a medium coolant channel spatially connecting the internal coolant channel and the external coolant channel; and a plurality of hollow fiber membranes disposed in the module case and separated from the coolant channels.
