The present invention relates to a multi-functional eco-friendly tile manufactured by mixing first raw materials composed of at least one or two selected among sludge, waste tiles, waste plastic bricks, and waste ceramics, a second raw material composed of glass powder, three raw materials composed of at least one or two selected among bentonite, montmorillonite, beidellite, nontronite, saponite, hectorite, kaolinite, dikite, halloysite, illite, talc, agalmatolite, chlorite, and red clay and then molding and calcinating the mixture, wherein the multi-functional eco-friendly tile has functions of permeability, water-holding capacity, insulation, sound-proofness, and sound absorption; and, in a molding process, plasticity is improved, strength is enhanced and freezing destruction is prevented, due to use of clay minerals such as bentonite or the like.
