The present invention relates to a temperature-adjustable photobioreactor capable of maintaining the temperature of a reaction unit by installing a flow pipe in which hot water or cold water flows inside the reaction unit made of a plastic material, and preventing the accumulation of photosynthetic microorganisms in penetration units of the reaction unit by injecting gas, which is injected through injection ports for injecting the gas, inside the reaction unit in order to circulate a culture fluid. The temperature-adjustable photobioreactor includes: the reaction unit having a cultivation space in which the photosynthetic microorganisms and the culture fluid are accommodated, made of a transparent material through which light penetrates, having the multiple penetration units, and allowing the growth of the photosynthetic microorganisms inside; the multiple injection ports connected to the lower part of the reaction unit, and injecting the gas inside the reaction unit; the flow pipe inserted and installed inside the reaction unit and in which hot water or cold water injected from outside flows; and a fixing unit for fixing the reaction unit to be separated from the ground.
