The present invention relates to Bibimbab Sundae preparation method and a Bibimbab Sundae prepared by the method. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a Sundae stuffing by mixing steamed rice, red pepper paste, pumpkins, bean sprouts, balloon flower roots, bracken, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, shredded radish, and pigs blood; and (b) filling a Sundae gut with the Sundae stuffing prepared in the step (a) and then heating the same thereafter.
