The present invention relates to a bean roaster. The bean roaster includes: a body which can emit heat in an upward direction; a frying pan which has a concave shape to store beans after being arranged on top of the body; a rotary bar which rotates when the center of the frying pan is coupled to the shaft of the body in order to mix the beans. More specifically, the shaft is formed to be symmetrical in both sides. The bean roaster includes: a front unit which is connected to the shaft and is curved in the rotating direction; and a back unit which is connected to the end of the front unit and is bent to be unfolded at a predetermined angle in the shaft direction, and thus, the fan can mix and fry beans more evenly.
