The present invention relates to: a suicidal vector which is not duplicated in a multidrug-resistant strain, and can be used for manufacturing a mutant strain of the multidrug-resistant strain; a kit for manufacturing the mutant strain of the multidrug-resistant strain, comprising the suicidal vector; a method for manufacturing a mutant strain in which a target gene of the multidrug-resistant strain is deleted, by using the suicidal vector; and a mutant strain in which the target gene of the multidrug-resistant strain is deleted, manufactured by the method. In the case of using a suicidal vector for manufacturing a mutant strain of the multidrug-resistant strain, or a kit for manufacturing a mutant strain of the multidrug-resistant strain provided in the present invention, the mutant strain in which one or multiple target genes or target polynucleotide is deleted in genome DNA of the multidrug-resistant strain, even if the limited antibiotic resistant gene, which can be used for studying various multidrug-resistant strains, is used. Therefore, the mutant strain can be broadly used for studying various fields such as a genome, biological activities, and the like of various multidrug-resistant strains.
