The present invention relates to an international delivery system and an international delivery method which can shorten the delivery period of international freight at low costs. The international delivery system comprises: a management server for providing international delivery related information through an international delivery service website, connecting to a travel agency server to search for the schedule of travelers who made reservations at a corresponding travel agency and select the traveler who will deliver baggage, and providing a traveler terminal of the selected traveler with a delivery consignment certificate; a client terminal for connecting to the international delivery service website through a wired or wireless communication network to enter baggage information requested for international delivery, transferring the corresponding baggage to the traveler, and receiving a delivery completion signal; the travel agency server for providing the management server with the schedule of the travelers who made reservations at the corresponding travel agency, connecting to the international delivery service website through the wired or wireless communication network to search for the baggage information or receive the baggage information from the management server, searching for the baggage information and registered member information, and transmitting a transporter selection request signal to the management server; and the traveler terminal for receiving the delivery consignment certificate, receiving the baggage from the client terminal at a departure airport, and transferring the baggage to a recipient at a destination airport.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
