The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing dilated cardiomyopathy or cardiac insufficiency which is specifically induced by doxorubicin, wherein the composition contains cilostazol as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains, as the active ingredient, cilostazol which functions as a supplement agent capable of reducing adverse effects when being administered only with doxorubicin, while retaining inherent efficacy of the doxorubicin itself as an anticancer drug. Thus, the stability of the doxorubicin increases, and thus effects in an anticancer therapy is also improved.
