According to embodiments of the present invention, a moving robot having a hybrid adjustable platform moving apparatus comprises a robot body and an adjustable platform which supports and moves the robot body. The adjustable platform comprises: an upper leg rotatably connected to the robot body by an upper leg rotation shaft to support the robot body and extended in a first direction; a lower leg connected to one side of the upper leg to support the robot body and the upper leg from the ground and extended in a second direction crossing the first direction; at least one wheel which is connected to the upper leg by a wheel rotation shaft, and can be driven; and a track belt formed along an outer surface of the lower leg. The upper leg and the lower leg can rotate relative to each other by a rotation shaft to allow at least one among the wheel and the track belt to come in contact with the ground. Therefore, the moving robot can reduce consumed power and secure a speed on a flat surface.
