A navigator for a vehicle is disclosed. According to the present invention, the navigator for a vehicle comprises a camera and a GPS receiving unit. The navigator comprises: a control unit configured to search for a route based on departure place and destination place selection information; a road recognizing unit configured to recognize a road image from a front image collected through the camera; a lane processing unit configured to receive a location of a vehicle and information with respect to a road where the vehicle is driven from the GPS receiving unit and combine the route searched for in the control unit with the road image recognized by the road recognizing unit to identify a lane where the vehicle is to be driven in the future; and a display unit configured to display an image including route guidance and driving information in a visible region of a vehicle driver and discriminatively display the lane identified by the lane processing unit from another lane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
