The present invention relates to a composition to prepare graphene doped with lithium through a chemical reaction, and a method for synthesizing graphene doped with lithium using the same. As such, the preparation method can considerably reduce time to synthesize graphene doped with lithium, and can remove risks of fire and explosion. Additionally, a graphene liquid chemically doped with lithium can be prepared and can be used for various applications. The composition of the present invention comprises graphene oxide, lithium, and a polar organic solvent.
