The present invention relates to a high-energy nanocomposite, and an ignition control method based on a micro-hot plate thereof. The high-energy nanocomposite controls an explosive power during ignition by igniting a high-energy thin film using a micro-hot plate (MHP). The high-energy nanocomposite comprises: the micro-hot plate igniting the high-energy thin film to control the explosive power during ignition; and an ignition layer formed on a surface of the micro-hot plate by mixing a fuel metal nanoparticle and a metal oxide nanoparticle. Moreover, unit layers composed of a fuel metal layer and a metal oxide layer is repetitively stacked on the ignition layer.
