The present invention relates to a novel low-voltage ignition technology of nanoenergetic materials (nEMs) using ignition characteristics of an aluminum paper heater manufactured through a simple wetting process, and to a technique to implement a small nEMs remote ignition system having a portable battery and an input signal receiving circuit by applying the technology. The small nEMs remote ignition system comprises: a receiving circuit portion receiving a high-frequency signal transmitted through operation of a wireless controller to allow a current to selectively flow; a power supply portion supplying power to the receiving circuit portion and the paper heater; and an ignition portion in which ignition occurs on the paper heater ignited by receiving a heater driving force supplied from the power supply portion wherein the nEMs are ignited by ignition of the paper heater to cause an explosion, thus being able to ignite the nEMs and substantially induce an explosion of the nEMs even at low applied voltage.
