The present invention relates to a method for preparing Dasik, which is traditional Korean tea-cake. Provided are a method for preparing Dasik and a Dasik product produced thereby, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a first process for producing tea-cake having a hole in the center (A); a second process for mixing a powder food mix with a sugar solution and kneading the resultant mixture to produce a Dasik filling (B); and, a third process for filling the hole of the tea-cake obtained in (A) with the Dasik filling obtained in (B) to produce a final Dasik product.
