The present invention relates to a phase locked loop apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a phase locked loop apparatus which generates output with the compensation type of noise by a power supply noise detector when a noise is generated in a source of electric power service, and prevents jitter generated by the power supply noise. For this, the present invention provides a phase locked loop apparatus including a power supply noise detector which controls a change in an output voltage by a power supply noise, when the noise is generated in the power supply supplied to the phase locked loop apparatus including a voltage-control oscillator.
