Disclosed are a device and a method to provide a trading guide service based on a technical indicator. The device includes: a user interface; and a control part displaying a trading timing of a trading signal, generated depending on a combination of at least a part of multiple technical indicators belonging to an indicator list about a selected item, on the user interface in accordance with the same time series as a market value chart. Therefore, the present invention is capable of verifying whether a combination of the technical indicators is an excellent conditional expression to achieve an excessive profit based on the past data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
