The present invention is an environmentally friendly, approximate-azeotropic mixed refrigerant essentially comprising HF0-1234yf, HFE-143a and a third component, wherein the mass percentage of each composition is HF0-1234yf: 70% -98%; HFE-143a: 1% -15%; Third component: 1% -15% refrigerant is provided. The refrigerant of the present invention is eco-friendly and has excellent thermodynamic performance. Thus, it is possible to realize direct injection type replacement without changing any parts in a system that originally uses HFC-134a, and can be a long-term alternative to HFC-134a .
