The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a light emitting device, an apparatus for inspection of a light emitting module, and a method to determine whether the light emitting module meets a quality requirement. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of placing a substrate on a supporter; a step of placing a light emitting package having a light emitting device on the substrate to place the light emitting package at a target position on the substrate; a step of applying energy to the light emitting package to emit light from the light emitting device; and a step of analyzing the light emitted from the light emitting device by reacting to the applied energy and determining the position where the light emitting package is actually placed. If the method to manufacture a light emitting device, the apparatus for inspection of a light-emitting module, and the method to determine whether the light emitting module meets a quality requirement according to the present invention are used, it is easy to manufacture the light emitting device with less stain and more uniform brightness at lower costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
