The present invention relates to an operation system for enhancing effects in reducing carbon dioxide through continuous connection of a photoreactor. Provided is a method for increasing an amount of carbon dioxide reduced by photoculturing microalgae by increasing residual time and contact time of carbon dioxide in a medium. Provided is the method for ultimately increasing an amount of carbon dioxide reduced by increasing carbon dioxide-fixing efficiency.
