The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for a call service capable of driving an output unit installed inside a bus by using a mobile terminal possessed by a passenger. Disclosed is the method for a call service in the bus using a mobile comprising: a step of receiving a MAC address by connecting a Bluetooth tag mounted inside the bus with communications by driving a call application installed a call terminal; a step in which the call terminal transmits the received MAC address and a phone number of the call terminal to an operation server; a step in which the operation server transmits a push message to the phone number of the call terminal by extracting bus information and selection information matched by the received MAC address; a step in which the call terminal receives call information which is selected by a passenger from the selection information and transmits the call information with the received bus information to the operation server; a step in which the operation server transmits the received call information by extracting a phone number of a control unit installed in a corresponding bus from the received bus information; and a step in which the control unit controls the output unit installed inside the bus.
