The present invention relates to a method for identifying pear varieties using microsatellite primer set. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for identifying pear varieties using microsatellite primer set which is used for identifying pear varieties and has polymorphism for 75 varieties of pears collected domestically. According to the present invention, the use of the primer set as the microsatellite marker for identifying pear varieties can contribute to various fields such as invesetigation in authenticity of the pear varieties, arbitration on a seed dispute, and selection of comparative varieties for the applied varieties which are under protection.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
