SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HOME DELIVERY SERVICE USING MANAGEMENT AREA IN APARTMENT COMPLEX

The present invention relates to a system and a method for a home delivery service by using a management area in an apartment complex. The system for the home delivery service is equipped with: at least one apartment complex system including an apartment management server to manage one among the apartment complexes and at least one reception terminal placed within the management area of the apartment complex to receive a request for the home delivery service and record the details of a waybill a consignor prepares; a delivery system which has wired and wireless connectivity to the apartment complex system with a function of recording, tracking and managing the process from gathering goods for the home delivery service received at the reception terminal to delivery of the goods to a final destination; and a central server which includes a registration unit at which at least a resident of the apartment complex is registered in advance as a member and a point management unit which has a wired and wireless connectivity to the apartment management server and the reception terminal of the apartment complex system as well as the delivery system and manages a point which has a function of returning at least a part of the operation profit of the home delivery system to the member based on the details of the waybill provided by the reception terminal. Therefore, it is possible to realize the home delivery service which improves spatial-temporal accessibility and reliability for a user and provides the user with more benefits in an economic aspect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
