Disclosed is a cowl cross bar assembling device to improve the assembly rate of a crash pad module of a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cowl cross bar assembling device to improve the assembly rate of a crash pad module of a vehicle comprises cowl assembly parts and guide pin units. The cowl assembly parts are arranged on both sides of a chassis, on which a driver′s seat and an assist seat are arranged, and have a cowl assembling hole formed thereon in the lower slope direction to allow a cowl cross bar to be assembled thereto. The guide pin units are arranged on both sides of the cowl cross bar to correspond to the cowl assembly parts. Each guide pin unit has one part, which can be rotated with respect to the other part, to be inserted into the cowl assembling hole in the lower slope direction and has multiple notches formed thereon at intervals to prevent the guide pin unit from releasing from the cowl assembling hole after insertion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
