The present invention relates to a system for making Korean history questions and testing for learning of examinees who prepare a Korean history test and a method for testing a Korean history ability level by using the same and, more particularly, to a system for making questions for learning Korean history and a method thereof, which can directly make Korean history questions through a question making unit, store the Korean history questions in a database, and perform a Korean history ability level test based on the Korean history questions stored in the database through a question service unit. The system and the method of the present invention can accurately check the Korean history knowledge level of a user.
