According to the present invention, disclosed are a manufacturing method of aronia-containing yogurt with multiple pharmacological effects; and aronia-containing yogurt manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of aronia-containing yogurt comprises the following steps: a) mixing raw milk and sugar and homogenizing the raw milk and the sugar to obtain a homogenized mixture; b) adding a fixed amount of an aronia concentrate to the mixture; c) sterilizing the mixture with the aronia concentrate in a first constant temperature range for a first fixed period of time; d) cooling the sterilized mixture to a second constant temperature range; e) inoculating the cooled mixture with a lactobacillus starter; f) fermenting the mixture in a third constant temperature range for a second fixed period of time; and g) cooling the fermented mixture to a fourth constant temperature range to obtain yogurt containing aronia.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
