The present invention relates to a studying evaluation service system. The studying evaluation service system comprises: a problem information data base in which problem information with an identification tag is stored; and an answer generation unit generating an answer in which an answer area corresponding to a question on a test paper is arranged by searching a question with an identification tag corresponding to question information and test paper information when the test paper information and the question information are input. Therefore, the studying evaluation service system can provide a service system capable of efficiently and conveniently evaluating learning for an examiner and an examinee regardless of time and space.
