The present invention provides a flagpole for raising a flag on a road, which: is used to raise a flag on a street lamp pole of the road; can be bent and be restored in response to external force caused by contact with wind or a passing vehicle; and is assembled to enable a part to be replaced in response to partial damage. The flagpole for raising a flag on a road according to the present invention comprises: a lower end unit which is inserted into a flagpole holder; an upper end unit where the flag is installed; and an elastic unit which is included between the lower end unit and the upper end unit. The elastic unit includes: a first connection body which is combined with the lower end unit through a screw; a second connection body which is combined with the upper end unit through a screw; an elastic body which is included between the first connection body and the second connection body; and a cover which is installed on the outer circumference of the elastic body, the first connection body, and the second connection body and is formed with a flexible material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
