The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fermented composition containing red ginseng concentration powder and a ripe black raspberry extract and a fermented composition manufactured by the method and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a fermented composition containing red ginseng concentration powder and a ripe black raspberry extract including: a step in which a mixture is produced by mixing of red ginseng concentration powder with a ripe black raspberry extract; a step in which the mixture is sterilized and then lactobacillus inoculation is performed; and a step in which the lactobacillus-inoculated mixture is fermented and a fermented composition manufactured by the method. The fermented composition containing red ginseng concentration powder and a ripe black raspberry extract according to the present invention increases a trace ginsenoside content and has effects of DPPH free radical scavenging, alpha-amylase activity increase, alpha-glucosidase activity suppression, NO generation suppression, and suppression of expression of TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 and IL-12 as inflammatory cytokine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
