The present invention relates to a method for solving a problem of nucleic acid detection according to a threshold cycle (CT) of real-time polymerase chain reaction using a PNA probe. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing a fusion curve using a PNA probe coupled with a quencher and a reporter for detecting target nucleic acid; a method for detecting and quantifying target nucleic acid to solve a problem of target nucleic acid detection according to a CT using the same; and a kit for detecting and quantifying target nucleic acid, wherein the kit uses the method for detecting and quantifying target nucleic acid and includes a PNA probe. When a method for detecting and quantifying target nucleic acid by using a PNA probe coupled with a reporter and a quencher according to the present invention is used, a technical problem of making a discrimination on the basis of a CT value of real-time polymerase chain reaction used for a diagnosis and an entity identifying and analyzing method is solved. Accordingly, accuracy in reading a result of detecting and quantifying target nucleic acid or target genes can be improved, and economical, social, and medical costs can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
