Disclosed is a prepayment financial assistance system for a cooperation enterprise for accompanied growth of a large enterprise and a small and mid-sized enterprise. For the same, provided is the prepayment financial assistance system including: a cooperation enterprise server generating membership information and guarantee application information; an ordering enterprise server generating order information and price payment information; a guarantee organization server generating guarantee approval information; a financial institution server generating contract information, loan execution information and repayment information; and a prepayment financial assistance server which approves membership as to the cooperation enterprise in accordance with membership information, and receives guarantee approval information by delivering the guarantee application information and the order information to the guarantee organization server, and transmits guarantee application result to the cooperation enterprise server, and receives contract information from the financial institute server after transmitting loan contract application information to the financial institute server, and transmits order information and guarantee approval information to the financial institute server if a fixed payment account is registered in the ordering enterprise server by requesting the ordering enterprise server to register the fixed payment account in accordance with the contract information, and transmits loan execution information to the guarantee organization server, and receives repayment information by delivering the price payment information to the financial institute server if the price payment information is received from the ordering enterprise server. According to the present invention, the prepayment financial assistance system can manage risk efficiently through fixed payment account usage and guarantee as to the cooperation enterprise.
