Disclosed are a bit interleaver, a BICM device, and a bit interleaving method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the bit interleaver comprises: a first memory storing an LDPC code word of which the length is 64800 and a coding rate is 2/15; a processor interleaving the LDPC code word by bit group unit of a size corresponding to a parallel factor of the LDPC code word to generate an interleaved code word; and a second memory providing the interleaved code word to a modulator for 1024-symbol mapping.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
