The present invention relates to a method for detecting a circulating tumor cell (CTC)-specific protein using an atomic force microscope (AFM) cantilever, and to a cantilever-based biomolecule detection system. More specifically, provided is a molecular diagnosis technology for an early diagnosis of cancer targeting CTC, achieving the early diagnosis of cancer by detecting CTC-specific protein existing nearly in 0.5 nM with high sensitivity.
