The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for improving road information of digital geographic information based on histogram similarity. The method for improving road information of digital geographic information based on histogram similarity according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step (S100) of inputting digital geographic information (FDB, feature database) and aerial images; a step (S200) of generating a road histogram from the digital geographic information; a step (S300) of generating a block histogram from the aerial images; and a step of estimating a road by using the road histogram and the block histogram. According to the present invention, a movement path is generated on the basis of improved road information in a mission scheduling step of mission control field of an unmanned robot, thereby reducing a mission time and saving fuel.
