Disclosed are a transparent magnetic with a metal membrane structure using surface plasmon generation by a metal nanohole array and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a transparent magnetic with a metal membrane structure comprises one or more layers of metal membrane formed with at least one nanohole array, wherein the one or more layers of metal membrane generates a surface plasmon according to a light entering into the nanohole array so as to have a light transmitting ability.
